The principle is the same as in Málaga: WAL (Water-Assisted Liposuction) uses a fine water jet to gently loosen abnormal fat before removing it, preserving vessels and the lymphatic network. The procedure is done under general or regional anaesthesia, generally with one night in hospital.
For one treated area, plan for 7 to 10 days in Madrid: pre-op assessments, surgery, overnight observation, initial post-op care and drainage, then a check-up before returning home.
